When you generate a reading, you may provide:
This information is used solely to perform chart calculations and generate your personalised interpretation. It is not stored in our databases after your reading is delivered.
If you request your report be emailed to you, your email address is used to deliver that email via Resend (our email service provider). For paid readings, your email is also collected by Stripe during checkout. We do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent. If you opt in to marketing communications via the checkbox at checkout, your email is also passed to Brevo (our mailing list provider) to send you updates, new features, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
For Qi Men Dun Jia Divination readings, you may submit a question. This text is used only to generate your personalised interpretation and is not stored after the reading is delivered.
Birth place entries are geocoded using OpenStreetMap Nominatim to determine latitude and longitude for accurate calculations. Only the place name is transmitted; no other personal data is sent to this service.
Chart calculations (planetary positions, BaZi pillars, Zi Wei Dou Shu palaces, Human Design gates, etc.) are performed on our server using established astronomical and calendrical libraries. The interpretive text is then generated using Anthropic's Claude AI model.
Your birth data and calculated chart positions are sent to Anthropic's API to generate personalised interpretations. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.
Paid readings (the main Soulprint blueprint and the Personal Qi Men Natal Reading) are processed by Stripe. We do not see, handle, or store your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant and creates a customer record linked to your email address for every purchase.
If you opt to have your report emailed, delivery is handled by Resend. Your email address is passed to Resend solely for the purpose of sending that email. We do not subscribe you to any mailing list unless you explicitly opt in via the checkbox at checkout.
Promotion and coupon codes used at checkout are logged (code + date) for abuse prevention and analytics as described above.
